3. Payments and Commitment
Kickstart Plan: £99 setup, then £69/month (24 months) or £89/month (12 months). Full term payment required.
Support Scheme: £600 upfront, then £25/month. Minimum 6-month commitment, then cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Straight-Up Build: From £1,200. No ongoing fees unless you opt in.
4. Payment Method
All payments are via Direct Debit or card (GoCardless, Stripe, etc.). Late payment may result in restricted site access.
5. Ownership and Rights
Once fully paid, the site is yours. Until then, it remains the property of Crayons & Code. You can move or host elsewhere once the balance is settled.
6. Support and Maintenance
Support is included in Kickstart and Support Scheme (minor updates only). Bigger changes are quoted separately. Straight-Up Build clients can request support as needed at standard rates.
7. Content and Timeline
You provide the content. If there’s a delay of over 14 days, the project may be paused.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Setup/build fees are non-refundable once started. Kickstart contracts must be completed. Support Scheme includes a 6-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to cancel.
9. Fair Use
Support must be reasonable. If it becomes excessive, I’ll flag it and quote fairly for anything extra.
10. Legal Bits
These terms are governed by UK law. I’ll always try to resolve things fairly before it goes legal.
