What is included in a maintenance package?

Packages include security updates, performance monitoring, accessibility checks, backups, and support hours. Higher tiers include more hours and additional features like monthly reports.

Can I use maintenance if you did not build my site?

Yes. I can maintain sites I did not build, though I may need time to understand the setup first. Some complex platforms may have limitations.

What happens if I need more hours than my package includes?

Extra hours are billed at the hourly rate. You can upgrade your package, or we can add hours as a one-off.

Do maintenance packages include hosting?

Hosting is separate. I can help with hosting setup, migration, or recommendations, but hosting costs are billed separately by the hosting provider.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Basic: reply within 2 working days. Intermediate and Premium: reply within 1 working day. Premium includes priority handling for urgent issues.

Can I cancel my maintenance package?

Yes. Packages are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What if I need emergency support?

Emergency support is not included in standard packages. Critical issues are handled case-by-case, and may incur additional charges.
