Yes. I start with a quick review to confirm what is sensible, then we agree a plan and priorities.
What is included in a maintenance package?
Regular checks, small fixes, advice, and ongoing improvements based on your tier. You also get a clear log of work completed.
How do monthly hours work?
Each tier includes a set number of hours per month. Small tasks come out of that time. Larger work is planned and agreed.
Do unused hours roll over?
Usually no. The aim is steady progress and prevention, not banking time. If you need a one off block, we plan it separately.
Do you handle urgent fixes?
Yes, within reason. Priority response is an add on. For critical issues, I aim to stabilise first, then fix properly.
Do you include accessibility and performance checks?
Yes. I keep an eye on both as part of sensible upkeep. Deeper audits are available when you need formal reporting.
Do you manage hosting and domains?
