Other Services

Additional services to support your website and marketing. Branding, analytics, email, and social media.

Additional services to support your website and marketing. These are value-add offerings rather than core focus areas, but I can help when needed.

Branding & Logo Design

Logo design and basic branding for businesses who need visual identity. Best for small businesses, charities, and startups who don't have existing branding.

Note: I can do logo design and basic branding in-house. If you already work with an external designer, I'm happy to use their work and fit the site around it. For complex branding needs I'll recommend specialist brand designers.

Analytics & Tracking Setup

Analytics setup, conversion tracking, and reporting configuration. Essential for understanding site performance and conversion optimisation.

Note: Analytics setup is often included in website builds or CRO work. This is for standalone setup or audits.

Email Marketing

Basic email marketing setup and support. Newsletter integration, template design, and basic campaign setup.

Note: I don't offer ongoing email marketing management or content creation. This is setup and basic support only.

Social Media

Social media assets and basic setup support. Profile images, cover images, and basic integration.

Note: I don't offer ongoing social media management or content creation. This is asset creation and basic setup only.

FAQs

Are these your main services?

No. These are value-add offerings. My main focus is website design, accessibility, performance, SEO, and related front-end work. These services are available when needed but aren't core expertise areas.

Do you do ongoing email marketing or social media management?

No. I can help with setup, templates, and basic configuration, but I don't offer ongoing content creation or management. For that, I'd recommend specialist agencies.

Can you do complex branding projects?

I can do logo design and basic branding in-house. If you already have a designer you work with, I'm happy to use their work and fit the site around it. For complex brand identity work I'd recommend specialist brand designers; my focus is web design.

How much do these services cost?

Pricing varies by scope. Most work is quoted project-based or hourly (£75/hour). I provide quotes upfront based on what you need.

Are analytics and tracking included in website builds?

Basic analytics setup is often included. For complex tracking or audits, it's quoted separately. CRO and SEO work typically includes tracking setup.

Do you do data engineering or data pipelines?

Data engineering isn't a core specialism of mine. For projects that need data pipelines, ETL, or analytics engineering I work with specialist data engineers, or I can recommend someone. I focus on the front-end and web side while they handle the data layer.

Can you help with backend or database development?

My focus is front-end web design, accessibility, performance, and related services. When a project needs backend or database work I bring in or recommend specialists and coordinate so you get a single, coherent outcome.

What's your site score?

I check your website’s performance, accessibility, UX, and content - and you'll get a no-fluff score out of 100 and a short, honest report, as well as 3 simple ways to make it better.
