Hourly rates
- Standard: £60 per hour
- Partner block, 20 hours prepaid: £55 per hour
- Partner block, 40 hours prepaid: £50 per hour
- Urgent work, under 5 working days: £80 per hour
Minimum booking: half a day (4 hours). Covers basic onboarding and enough time to deliver.

- Written updates and clear handover notes
- Basic documentation for what was built and why
What costs extra
- Discovery and content strategy
- Design work
- Paid tooling and licences
- Deep audit reports beyond the agreed scope
- Third-party procurement, account setup, or vendor management
Quotes and project-scale work
For fixed-scope or larger projects, I provide a written quote or estimate based on the brief. Discovery, strategy, and out-of-scope items can be included in the quote or scoped and quoted separately. You choose hourly, blocks, or a fixed project price once we know the shape of the work.
Payment terms
- Partner blocks are prepaid. Hours must be used within 12 months of purchase; unused hours do not roll over and rates may change after expiry.
- Fixed scope work. 50% upfront, 50% on completion, or milestones for larger work
- Invoices payable in line with your agreed terms
