Working relationship
- I act as part of your team for delivery
- Your client relationship stays with you
- Client comms follow your agreed route
Confidentiality and NDA
- Work, plans, credentials, and client data stay confidential
- I do not share access details or internal docs outside your team
- NDA available on request, or I will sign yours
Intellectual property
- Deliverables transfer to you on full payment
- Third-party licences remain with their owners
- Open source use follows the relevant licence terms
Non-solicitation
- No direct approach to your clients during the engagement
- No recruitment approach to your team during the engagement
Portfolio and public credit
- No public credit or case study without written permission
- If you approve a portfolio mention, we agree wording and timing
Change control
- Scope changes get priced and scheduled before work starts
- Change requests are confirmed in writing, usually in a ticket or email
Payments
- Blocks are prepaid
- Fixed scope work splits by upfront and completion, or milestones
